Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. Some areas of Niddle are limited during our private alpha and may require approval before access is granted.

Don't use Niddle to:

• harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate anyone;
• post hateful, violent, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful content;
• post spam, scams, misleading offers or unsolicited commercial messages;
• misrepresent a business, claim a listing you are not authorised to manage, or post fake reviews;
• scrape, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to breach the security of the platform;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting you grant Niddle a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and distribute it inside Niddle so we can operate the service. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Messaging and quote requests are for genuine communication between members, businesses and professionals. You can block a member or report a conversation at any time. We may review reported conversations for moderation.

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their events, plans and invitations, including dates, locations, ticketing and any pricing or refund terms. Niddle is not the organiser and is not a party to any arrangement between you and an organiser.

Listing owners are responsible for keeping their information accurate and for the services they advertise. Niddle does not employ, endorse or guarantee any listed business or professional, and any engagement, booking, payment or dispute is between you and them directly. Verification and featured badges reflect our internal checks or paid placement and are not a guarantee of quality.

Paid plans and promotional placements are billed on the terms shown at checkout — through Apple in the iOS app, and through Stripe on the web. Recurring plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. Promotional placements are non-refundable once live except at our discretion.

Reported content reaches our moderation queue. We may remove content, hide or archive listings, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or create risk for the community. Where practical we will tell you why.

You can stop using Niddle at any time and permanently delete your account from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or from your web profile settings. We may suspend or close accounts for violations of these terms.

The Niddle name, logo, design and software belong to Niddle. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Niddle is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of member-supplied content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niddle is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
